Tématem mé práce jsou sankce v právu s vymezením výjimečného trestu. V první části mé práce se budu snažit vysvětlit institut právní normy, jakožto právního základu pro následnou možnost udělení sankce. Ve druhé části přistoupím již přímo k sankcím, přičemž následně vymezím pojem trestu, jako následku spáchání trestného činu, kde cílem bude zejména popis jeho funkcí. The theme of my thesis are sanctions in law and definition of an exceptional sentence. In first part of my thesis I will try to explain the meaning of a legal norm as a legal base for a possibility to impose a sanction. In second part of my thesis I will explain sanctions and then I will specify the term of punishment as a result of committing a crime. I will focus on describing its functions and belongings …more
