The Laboratory Diagnostics of Hypophysis Diseases
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji onemocněním hypofýzy, a jakým způsobem je laboratorně diagnostikovat. Na začátku práce uvádím stručný popis hypofýzy a funkci hormonů, které jsou sekretovány hypofýzou. V další kapitole je popsán průběh onemocnění a jeho příznaky. Dále se věnuji funkčním testům a imunoanalytickým metodám. V závěru uvádím faktory, které ovlivňují hladinu hormonu při měření.
Abstract:
In this bachelor´s thesis I observe diseases of hypophysis and how to diagnose them in the laboratory. At the beginning of the work I give a brief description of hypophysis and the function of hormones that are secreted by the hypophysis. The next chapter describes process of the disease and its symptoms. I also deal with functional tests and immunoanalytical methods. Finally, I present the factors …more
