Electronic excitations in topologic insulators
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis we study optical response of epilayers of topological insulators Bi2Te3 on BaF2 substrate in infrared spectral range. The study is based on measurements of the reflectivity in the far infrared range and the ellipsometry in the mid infrared range. V predloženej práci sa venujeme štúdiu optickej odozvy topologických izolátorov Bi2Te3 na BaF2 substráte v infračervenom obore. Štúdium je založené na meraní odrazivosti v ďalekej infračervenej oblasti a na elipsometrickom meraní v strednej infračervenej oblasti.
