Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem onkologické léčby na hodnoty anti‑Mülleriánského hormonu (AMH), který je v současnosti hojně využívaným markerem ovariální rezervy. V rámci této práce byl testován soubor pacientek, které v dětství prodělaly onkologické onemocnění a s ním spojenou léčbu. Těmto pacientkám byla po ukončení léčby stanovena hodnota AMH. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the impact of cancer treatment on anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels which is currently a widely used marker of ovarian reserve. In this thesis, a cohort of female childhood cancer survivors was tested. These patients had their AMH levels measured after the end of the treatment.
