Evaluation of innovation in company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá inovacemi v konkrétním podniku působícím v oblasti farmacie. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování základních pojmů, dělení inovací, popsání teorií souvisejících s inovacemi a modelů pro hodnocení inovací. Praktická část pak hodnotí inovace v daném podniku, potenciál pro jejich zavádění s následnými návrhy na zlepšení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with innovation in the company operating in field of pharmacy. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic terms, the division of innovations, describing theories related to innovation and models for evaluating innovation. The practical part evaluates innovation in the company, potential for innovating and following suggestions for improving.
