Motivation of employees in the company Slevomat

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje motivaci zaměstnanců ve společnosti Slevomat, která působí jako portál pro hromadné nakupování produktů, služeb a zážitků. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní pojmy a teorie motivace. Analytická část se zabývá danou organizací, seznamuje s pracovním prostředím, zjišťuje, jaké konkrétní metody motivace a benefity využívá, jakým způsobem zde probíhá firemní komunikace atd. V rámci této části je proveden rozhovor s pracovnicí firmy Slevomat a realizováno je i dotazníkové šetření určené pro zaměstnance této organizace. Na základě výsledků z tohoto šetření jsou vypracována doporučení, která mají za cíl zvýšit motivaci a zlepšit spokojenost zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on employee motivation in the company Slevomat, which operates as a portal for collective purchasing of products, services, and experiences. This work is divided into theoretical and analytical parts. The theoretical part concentrates on fundamental concepts and theories of motivation. The analytical part examines the specific organization, acquaints with the work environment, identifies the specific motivation methods and benefits utilized, explores corporate communication methods, etc. Within this section, an interview with a Slevomat employee is conducted, and a questionnaire survey for the organization's employees is also carried out. Based on the survey results, recommendations are formulated with the aim of increasing motivation and improving employee satisfaction.
