Diplomová práce se zabývá dlouhodobým plánováním obcí v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku plánování obcí. This diploma thesis deals with the long-term planning of municipalities in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter focuses on the general characteristics of municipal planning. It describes traditional planning tools such as budget, medium-term budget outlook, and land-use plan.
