Abstract:
Cílem této závěrečné práce bylo zjistit jaké důsledky má novelizace zákoníku práce a konkrétní aplikaci novelizovaného znění. Zaměřila jsem se přitom na § 313 Zákoníku práce (Potvrzení o zaměstnání) a postup úřadů práce při registraci uchazečů o zaměstnání. Das Ziel dieser Abschlussarbeit war, die Auswirkung der Novellierung des Arbeitsgesetzbuchs und die konkrete Applikation der novellierten Fassung zu erheben. Ich richte mich dabei auf § 313 des Arbeitsgesetzbuchs (die Arbeitsbestätigung) und auf den Vorgang des Arbeitsamtes bei den Erfassungen der Arbeitanwärter aus.
