Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mechanismem působení hostitelského imunitního systému proti viru a také strategií úniků virů před imunitním systémem, vstupem virů do hostitelské buňky a modulací virových imunomodulátorů, které jsou z dostupných informací stručně shrnuty. V práci je také věnována pozornost běžné, ale i výzkumné přímé a nepřímé diagnostice virových infekcí.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the mechanism of influencing host immune system against the virus and also with strategy of viruses to escape before an immune system, entering viruses into the host cell and modulation of viral immune modulators, which are summed up from available informations.
