Abstract:

Ekonomická globalizace a informační technologie neustále mění vnější prostředí řízení podniku. Aby bylo možné čelit výzvám tržní konkurence, mění se i řízení lidských zdrojů v podnicích. V první kapitole je prostřednictvím přehledu literatury představen pojem a význam lidských zdrojů. Druhá kapitola představuje hlavní výzkumné metody, včetně literární rešerše, případové studie, dotazníkového šetření, deskriptivní analýzy a kvantitativní analýzy. Třetí kapitola jako praktická část popisuje výzkumnou praxi a analýzu dat o řízení lidských zdrojů v této práci. Nejprve výzkumník identifikuje tři klíčové dimenze: změnu zaměření řízení zaměstnanců, vztah mezi podniky a zaměstnanci a nástroje a platformy řízení lidských zdrojů. Poté autor lineární regresí analyzuje informace z rozhovorů, vztah mezi podniky a zaměstnanci a vztah mezi podniky a zaměstnanci Důkazy z případu a údaje o lidských zdrojích jsou analyzovány a uzavřeny. Čtvrtá kapitola představuje závěry výzkumu a návrhy pro řízení lidských zdrojů podniku. Vývoj lidských zdrojů věnuje větší pozornost psychologickým problémům zaměstnanců, harmonickému rozvoji vztahu mezi podniky a zaměstnanci, digitální trend řízení lidských zdrojů je stále zřetelnější a virtuální lidské zdroje se staly důležitým směrem rozvoje. Podniky se musí vypořádat s budoucími změnami v řízení lidských zdrojů budováním harmonické podnikové kultury, sjednocováním cílů podniků a zaměstnanců a zlepšováním digitálního systému podniků a digitálních schopností zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

Economic globalization and information technology constantly change the external environment of enterprise management. In order to meet the challenges from market competition, enterprise human resource management is changing. The first chapter introduces the concept and significance of human resources through a literature review. The second chapter introduces the main research methods, including literature research, case study, questionnaire survey, descriptive analysis, and quantitative analysis. The third chapter, as a practical part, describes the research practice and data analysis of human resource management in this paper. Firstly, the researcher identifies three key dimensions: the change of the focus of employee management, the relationship between enterprises and employees, and human resource management tools and platforms. Then, in linear regression, the author analyses the interview information, the relationship between enterprises and employees, and the relationship between enterprises and employees Case evidence and human resource data are analyzed and concluded. The fourth chapter introduces the research conclusions and suggestions for the human resource management of the enterprise. The development of human resources has paid more attention to the psychological problems of employees, the harmonious development of the relationship between enterprises and employees, the digital trend of human resource management is more and more obvious, and virtual human resources has become an important development direction. The company needs to deal with the future changes of human resource management by building a harmonious corporate culture, unifying the goals of enterprises and employees, and improving the digital system of enterprises and the digital ability of employees.
