Bakalářská práce se zabývá kariérou žen v současné české společnosti. Je zaměřena na ženy s kariérou, které se uplatnily v různých společnostech a na mladé ženy, jež se teprve rozhodují, zda se ve svém životě budou věnovat kariérnímu životu. The Bachelor thesis deals with the career of women in the current Czech society. It is focused on women with career who have come in in various societies and young women who are at the beginning of the decision whether to pursue a career.
