Intangible Assets of the Company and Valuation Methods

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se budu zabývat problematikou nehmotného majetku a způsoby jeho ocenění. Jsou zde definovány a vymezeny jednotlivé druhy nehmotného majetku. Mimo základní definice je práce zaměřena i na přístupy a metody oceňování nehmotných aktiv. Metoda ocenění výnosovým způsobem a licenční analogií je znázorněna v praktické části na konkrétním příkladu. V závěru jsou obě metody porovnány a zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

In this Bachelor's thesis I will be focusing on the problematics of intangible assets and the means of its evaluation. There are definitions and demarcation for each kind of intangible assets. Outside of the basic definitions, thesis focuses also on the approach to and methods of appraisement of intangible assets. Evaluation method of profitable way and licensing analogy are described in the practical part of the thesis on the specific example. In the conclusion both methods are compared and accessed.
