Zlin Design Week - ART Section Manual

Abstract:

Teoretická část práce se věnuje, obecnému vymezení projektového řízení, práce art direktora a managmentu v kultuře. Zaměřená je na převážně na projektový manuál a jeho obsah. Dále se věnuje obecnému představení ZDW, stručné historii a vývoji. Práce má několik cílů jedním z nich je porovnat obecné předpoklady managmentu v kultuře a projektového řízení s aktuálním fungováním projektu ZDW. Dalším cílem je vytvořit manuál Art sekce, který bude odpovídat současným trendům projektového řízení, managmentu v kultuře a bude nadále sloužit členům ZDW pro lepší orientaci v projektu, a předávání zkušeností. Výstupy této práce jsou manuál art sekce ZDW a návrh instalace v prostoru atria zámku Zlín.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the municipal definition of project management, the work of the artistic director and management in culture. It focuses mainly on the project manual and its content. Next introduces the general presentation of ZDW, a brief history and results. The work has several goals, from which it is clear the general assumptions of management in culture and project management with the current operation of the ZDW project. Another aspect is the handbook, which will correspond to current trends, project management, managment in the culture and it will be possible to accept ZDW members for better orientation in the project and transfer of experience. The outputs of this work are the manual of artistic sections ZDW and the design of the installation in the atrium of Zlín Castle.
