Changes in the regulation of cell metabolism characteristic for cancer cells
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je shrnutí dosavadních znalostí o hlavních metabolických drahách nádorových buněk a změnami v signálních drahách, které se podílejí na regulaci buněčného metabolismu. Pozornost je zaměřena taktéž na možné terapeutické využití.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to summarize current knowledge on main metabolic pathways in cancer cells and their changes in signaling pathways leading to regulation of cell metabolism. Potential therapeutical usage is being considered likewise.
