Bakalářská práce právní úprava úvěrů ze stavebního spoření zkoumá právní úpravu úvěrů ze stavebního spoření s ohledem na ochranu práv spotřebitele, hodnotí rozsah a účelnost ochrany. Zkoumá i oblast soukromého závazkového práva. Vedlejším cílem je zkoumání veřejného práva v souvislosti se stavebním spořením a úvěry ze stavebního spoření.
