Alzheimerova demence je nevyléčitelné neurodegenerativní onemocnění postihující populaci nad 65 let. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakterizací buněčného složení cerebrálních organoidů – 3D buněčných modelů mozkové tkáně hojně využívaných při studiu Alzheimerovy demence. Alzheimer´s disease is an incurable neurogenerative disease affecting the population older than 65 years of age. This bachelor thesis aims to characterize the cell composition of cerebral organoids – 3D cell models of the human brain commonly used in research on Alzheimer´s disease.
