Diplomová práce se zabývá právní regulací státního rozpočtu a rozpočtů územně samosprávných celků, zejména obcí a krajů. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První a druhá kapitola popisují základní pojmy z oblasti rozpočtové soustavy a vymezují nejdůležitější prameny úpravy.
