Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem vzdělávání ve firmách. Cílem práce je analýza systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY. Metoda výzkumu byla zvolena kvalitativní - analýza rozhovorů se zaměstnanci uvedené společnosti.
