Diplomová práce se věnuje fylogenezi čeledí Opetiidae a Platypezidae pomocí molekulárně-genetických a kladistických metod. Výsledky obou těchto metodologických přístupů podporují monofyletické postavení podčeledi Platypezinae a rodů Callomyia a Protoclythia. Abstract:
The phylogeny of Opetiidae and Platypezidae by both molecular-genetic and cladistic methods is subject of this Master's thesis. The results of both mentioned methodological approaches support the monophyletic position of subfamily Platypezinae and genera Callomyia and Protoclythia.
