The relationship incidence trigger point and low back pain in professional ballet dancers

Abstract:

V práci je popsána problematiku myofasciálních spoušťových bodů způsobujících bolesti zad v souvislosti se zátěží tanečníků klasického tance. Cílem práce bylo porovnání lokalizace a četnosti myofasciálních spoušťových bodů a srovnání reakcí spoušťových bodů před a po kinezioterapeutické jednotce. U Souboru profesionálních tanečníků klasického tance a kontrolního souboru. Experimentální soubor tvořilo 13 baletních tanečnic a kontrolní soubor 18 stejně starých žen s běžným pohybovým režimem. U experimentálního souboru jsme zjistili vyšší četnost výskytu spoušťových bodů a v jiných lokalitách oproti kontrolnímu souboru. Statisticky významné rozdíly byly zjištěny v průměrných hodnotách prahů bolesti před a po terapii.

Abstract:

This work gives an account of myofascial trigger points matters that implicate back pain in connection with burden of ballet dancers. This work set the target to compare localisation and frequency of myofascial trigger points and draw a comparison of trigger points reaction before and after the kinesiotherapeutical unit with the professional ensemble of ballet dancers and the control ensemble. The experimental ensemble was created by 13 ballet dancers and the control one by 18 women of the same age with ordinary motional mode. In the case of the experimental ensemble we detected a higher frequency of trigger points incidence and within other localities in comparison with the control ensemble. There were statistically expressive differences detected in average qualities of pain treshold before/after therapy.
