Práca bola zameraná na oboznámenie sa s pojmom kataster nehnuteľnosti. Zameraním bolo vysvetliť jeho základne teoretické východiska, ako napríklad základne pojmy alebo zásady právnej úpravy katastra nehnuteľnosti ako aj určite princípy fungovania.
