Abstract:
Byly stanoveny smíšené disociační konstanty léčiv skupiny aminobisfosfonátů, alendronát sodný, ibandronát sodný a risedronát sodný (ZENTIVA, k.s. (Praha)) a dekongestiva dusičnan nafazolinu (LOBA Feinchemie. Austria). Měření bylo provedeno metodou potenciometrické titrace při 25 °C a 37 °C. Thermodynamic dissociation constants of aminobisphosphatones, Alendronate sodium, Ibandronate sodium, and Risedronate sodium (ZENTIVA, k.s. (Prague)) and decongestive, naphazoline nitrate (LOBA Feinchemie. Austria) were estimated by a technique of the potentiometric titration at 25 °C and 37 °C.
