Impact of Execution and Insolvency Proceedings on the Living Standard of Debtors

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit dopady exekučního a insolvenčního řízení na kvalitu života dlužníků. Ke zpracování jsou využita data ze sociologického průzkumu o dopadech exekučního a insolvenčního řízení na životní úroveň dlužníků při využití dotazníkového šetření. V první kapitole je provedeno shrnutí důležitých teoretických východisek k problematice životní úrovně dlužníků a vymezení pojmů týkající se životní úrovně. Ve druhé kapitole je provedeno srovnání exekučního a insolvenčního řízení s ohledem na "výhody" a "nevýhody" z pohledu dlužníka. Třetí kapitola obsahuje rozbor dopadů exekučního a insolvenčního řízení na životní úroveň života dlužníků na základě výstupů z provedeného sociologického průzkumu. V této kapitole budou také rovněž navrhnuta doporučení a řešení k dané problematice.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the effects of execution and insolvency proceedings on the quality of debtors life. For processing can be used data from the sociological survey on the effets of execution and insolvency proceedings on the living standards of debtors using a questionnaire survey. The first chapter summarizes the important theoretical background to the issue of living standarts of debtors and the definition of concepts related to living standards. The second chapter compares execution and insolvency proceedings with regard to "advanteges" and "disadvanteges" from the perspective of the debtor. The third chapter contains and analysis of the impacts of execution and insolvency proceedings on the living standards of debtors lives based on the results of sociological survey. Recommendations and solutions to the issue will also be proposed in this chapter.
