Mnohočetný myelom (MM) je druhé nejčastější hematologické nádorové onemocnění, zpusobené abnormální proliferací jednoho nebo více klonu plazmatických buněk a jejich akumulací v kostní dřeni. Abstract:
Multiple myeloma (MM) is the second most common hematological cancer, caused by abnormal proliferation of one or more plasma cell clones and their accumulation in the bone marrow. The aim of this thesis was to culture the UHKT-944 cell line resistant to bortezomib and carfilzomib, and to perform a global proteomic analysis of the proteome of resistant cells in order to reveal proteins that may play …more
