Relaxing elements of psychomotorics for preschool children

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Relaxační prvky psychomotoriky pro děti předškolního věku“ se zabývá tématikou psychomotoriky, stresu a relaxačních prvků, které mohou být využity u dětí předškolního věku. Cílem práce je vytvoření námětu činností, které budou shrnuty do sborníku a vytvoří metodický materiál. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části. V té první jsou popsány teoretické informace týkající se stresu, relaxace a dalším pojmům s tím spojených. Dále se zabývá vývojem dítěte předškolního věku a pohybem. V druhé části práce se nachází metodický materiál, jehož součástí jsou tematické plány, které obsahují pohybové jednotky zakončené relaxačními činnostmi, které jsou vhodné pro předškolní věk a je možné je v mateřské škole zařazovat do tematických plánů. Obě části bakalářské práce mohou sloužit jako inspirace pro další pedagogy předškolního vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Relaxing elements of psychomotorics for preschool children" deals with the topics of psychomotorics, stress and relaxation elements that can be applied to pre-school aged children. This work seeks to provide a brief, practical set of techniques that are to serve as a methodological material for teachers in pre-school centers. This work is divided into two parts. Part one discusses theoretical information related to the issue of stress, relaxation and other related terms. It also deals with the development of the pre-school child and child’s physical movement. Part two of the thesis addresses a variety of methods, including thematic plans that contain movement units that end with relaxation activities, which this work deems suitable for preschool age children and advocates for their inclusion in thematic plans for kindergarten. Both parts of the bachelor thesis can serve as inspiration for other pre-school teachers.
