Kinetic typography: theory and techniques
Abstract:
Cílem práce je představit možnosti kinetické typografie, rozebrat shodné i rozdílné přístupy a pravidla "dynamické sazby" vzhledem k tradiční typografii (formát, kompozice, čtení z papíru vs. z obrazovky), zohlednit filmové analogie (záběr, střih, vyprávění) a definovat estetické postupy při vizualizaci textu v médiu videa. Nalezená pravidla jsou aplikována ve vlastním tvůrčím projektu.
Abstract:
The goal of the thesis is to introduce kinetic typography and its possibilities. It will analyze commons and differences between kinetic and traditional typography as well as the rules of dynamic typesetting. This includes format, composition and reading from paper vs. computer screen.
