Preparation on <I>N</I>-(3-formylnaftyl-2-yl)-<I>N</I>-(prop-2-en-1-yl)-4-toluensulfonamide and its aplication in intramolecular cycloaddition reactions
Abstract:
Práca sa zaoberá prípravou N-substituovaného 2-amino-3-formylnaftalénu ako prekurzoru pre následné intramolekulárne 1,3-dipolárne cykloadície po kondenzácii s N-substituovanými aminoacetátmi. Pre cykloadície boli použité rôzne podmienky, vrátane zapojenia mikrovlnného reaktora. Stereochémia produktov bola načrtnutá na základe použitých NMR techník.
Abstract:
The thesis describes preparation of N-substituted 2-amino-3-formylnaphthalene as a precursor for futher intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions upon condensation with N-substituted amino acetate. Different conditions for cycloadditions were applied, along with employment of a microwave reactor. Stereochemistry of the products is outlined based on NMR techniques.
