Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o hlavních změnách ve vlastnictví půdy v Čechách po roce 1918. Cílem práce je podat ucelený přehled o této problematice. Skládá se ze sedmi kapitol, které postupně upravují témata první a druhé pozemkové reformy, kolektivizaci zemědělství a zemědělsko-družstevní právo. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the main changes in land ownership in Bohemia after 1918. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of this issue. Thesis consists of seven chapters, which gradually address the topics of the first and second land reforms, collectivization of agriculture and agricultural cooperative law.
