The claims of insureds from the all-risks insurance

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci popisuji nároky klientů, kteří se rozhodli sjednat havarijní pojištění u pojišťovny Kooperativa, a.s. Zmiňuji počátky a typy havarijního pojištění na našem území, z jehož základů se postupem času havarijní pojištění následkem transformace a konkurence na českém trhu přeměnilo do dnešní podoby. Uvádím i důvody, které potencionální klienty vedou k potřebě uzavření havarijního pojištění, a popisuji tu nejdůležitější kritéria klientů pro sjednání pojištění vozidel. Uvádím též podmínky, za jakých je možné pojištění sjednat. Popisuji jednotlivé kroky klientů, které směřují k uzavření pojištění u pojišťovny Kooperativa, a.s. Poukazuji na produkty, které je možné připojistit v rámci havarijního pojištění, a zamýšlím se zde nad důvodem potřeby pojištění pro klienty pojišťovny. V praktické části se zabývám konkrétním výpočtem pojistné události z havarijního pojištění a dále jejím porovnáním s ohledem na výši škody v jednotlivých sledovaných obdobích od roku 2006 až do průběhu roku 2012. V závěru praktické části jsem se pokusit nastínit vlastní metodiku výpočtu škody z havarijního pojištění, která by měla uspokojit nároky a potřeby klientů.

Abstract:

In this diploma thesis it has been dealt with the claims of clients, who decided to effect the all-risks car insurance provided by the insurance company of Kooperativa, a. s. I make a mention of the roots and types of all-risks car insurance (in the territory of the Czech Republic), which is the basis of its nowadays resemblance (which was of course mainly allowed and influenced by the transformation and resulting presence of competitive environment at the Czech market). In this work I also mention the reasons, which lead the professional clients to their need to take out all-risks car insurance. I describe client’s most important criteria, which play a role at the closing car insurance. The terms necessary to close the insurance are counted. I follow the moves of clients step by step heading to negotiating a contract with the insurance company of Kooperativa, a. s. In the practical part I deal with the exemplary calculations of all-risks car insurance events between the years 2006-2012, which I compare (with emphasis on amount of damage and amount of compensation) and strive to set up my own methodology of above mentioned calculations, which should satisfy the claims and needs of clients.
