Social status of Gypsies in the Czech republic
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením Romů v české společnosti. V teoretické části práce jsou nejprve vymezeny některé pojmy, týkající se romské problematiky, poté práce pojednává o historii romského etnika, typickém způsobu bydlení Romů v historii i současnosti a také o modelu klasické romské rodiny. This bachelor thesis deals with social status of Gypsies in the Czech republic. Theoretical part defines some terms, which are related to gypsy issues, then the work concerns history of gypsy ethnic group, their typical way of living in history and present and model of classic gypsy family as well.
