Abstract:
Obsahem bakalářské práce jsou operace s vlastním kapitálem podniku. Předmětem rozboru je skutečná společnost s ručením omezeným za rok 2006 - 2010. Při rozboru byla využita metoda dedukce a komparace. V teoretické části je vystižena stručná charakteristika vlastního kapitálu obecně. Je zde uveden jeho význam, funkce, členění a operace s ním. The content of this thesis describes operations of company´s equity. The subject of analyse is a limited company in the year 2006 to 2010. The method of deduction and comparison were used for this purpose. The theoretical section represets brief characteristic of the company’s equity.
