Kaihógjó je japonská asketická praxe spočívající v dlouhodobé chůzi v horách. Tato praxe má za sebou více než tisíciletou historii a provozuje se dodnes. Současní kaihógjó mniši vystupují v médiích jakožto duchovní autority. Tato práce se zabývá otázkou, jakým způsobem tito mniši hovoří o své praxi v médiích. Abstract:
Kaihōgyō is a Japanese ascetic practice consisting of long-term walking in the mountains. History of this practice lasts for more than a thousand years and it is still practiced today. Contemporary kaihōgyō monks appear in the media as the spiritual authorities. This thesis deals with the question of how these monks communicate about their practice when they appear in the media.
