Abstract:

V této práci představujeme tři metody pro redukci časové náročnosti existujícího algoritmu pro detekci anomálií. Nejdříve popíšeme problém detekce anomálií a dvě metody redukce časové náročnosti dříve navrženého algoritmu a poté představíme svoji novou efektivní metodu pro detekci skupin odlehlých bodů. Všechny tři metody jsou poté vyzkoušeny na šesti datových sadách, z nichž dvě jsou námi vytvořeny a založeny na reálných datech. Dále porovnáváme výsledky s jinými metodami detekce anomálií v klasifikovaných datech, konkrétně RF-OEX a Weka-CODB. Diskutujeme také problémy původního řešení i dříve navržených metod pro snížení časové náročnosti a navrhujeme jejich vylepšení či opravy.

Abstract:

In this paper, we present three methods for time cost reduction of existing class outlier detection algorithm. First we describe the problem of outlier detection and two methods of time cost reduction previously proposed and then we introduce our own, new method for efficient detection of outlier groups. All three methods are then evaluated on six datasets, two of which are our own, based on real data. We compare results to other class outlier detection methods, namely RF-OEX and Weka-CODB. We also discuss problems and propose improvements of original solution and previously proposed cost reduction methods.
