Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovními cestami zaměstnanců. Především bude analyzována právní úprava náhrad výdajů poskytovaných v souvislosti s pracovními cestami zaměstnanců při výkonu práce na tuzemských a zahraničních pracovních cestách, s využitím některých příkladů z praxe, jejich výklad a vysvětlení. Důležitým prvkem bude charakteristika základních pojmů, týkajících se cestovních náhrad, pracovních cest a dalších. V praktické části je popsán postup vysílání zaměstnanců na pracovní cesty a vyúčtování cestovních náhrad v konkrétní firmě, kterou je Sokolovská uhelná, právní nástupce, a.s.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the business trips of employees with focus on the analysis of legislative amendments to the reimbursement of expenses granted to employees both on domestic and foreign business trips. The author gives practical examples, including their interpretation and explanation. Importantly, the thesis provides characteristics of basic concepts relating to travel expenses, business trips and others. The practical part describes the procedure for sending employees on business trips and account settlements of travel expenses in Sokolovská uhelná, právní nástupce, a.s.
