Use utilities in mini-volleyball
Abstract:
Magisterská práce je zaměřena na kvalitativně vyšší používání pomůcek při tréninku minivolejbalu a jejich věkové, cílové, časové, prostorové a kombinační segmentaci. Primární snahou je popsat a použít obvyklé a dostupné pomůcky z hodin TV a uplatnit je v praxi tak, aby bylo možno podle výše zmíněných segmentačních kritérií sestavit v krátkém čase smysluplný trénink s jasným cílem tréninkové jednotky …more
Abstract:
This Master Thesis focuses on qualitatively higher use of aids during the training of minivolleyball and their age, target, time, spatial and combination segmentation. The basic effort is to use usual and available aids of PE classes and put them into practice so as the meaningful training with a clear and specific target would be assembled according to the segmentation criteria mentioned above.
