Bases of Reducing Administrative Burdens in the Regional Self-Government of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá východisky pro snižování byrokratické zátěže v regionální samosprávě České republiky. V práci objasňuji pojem samospráva a její vývoj a s ní spojené další pojmy jako je obec a kraj. Charakterizuji pojem byrokracie a její vývoj, včetně názorů na ni. Porovnávám klady a zápory byrokracie. Dále se zaměřím na dosavadní přístupy ve snižování byrokratické zátěže. Jaké jsou existující problémy ve snižování byrokratické zátěže a pokusím se navrhnout další východiska, která by vedla ke snižování byrokratické zátěže v regionální samosprávě České republiky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the bases of reducing administrative burdens in the regional self-government of the Czech Republic. I explain the concept of self-government and its development and associated other terms such as municipality and region. I characterize the notion of bureaucracy and its historical development, including opinions about it. I compare positives and negatives of bureaucracy. I will also focus on existing approaches in reducing bureaucratic burdens. The main problems that exist in reducing the bureaucratic burden. I propose another bases, which would reduce the administrative burdens in the Regional Self-Government of the Czech Republic.
