Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá dětskou delikvencí v rovině teoretické i právně aplikační. Cílem první části práce je objasnit mechanismus vzniku jevu dětské delikvence a rovněž její formy a strukturu. Cílem druhé části pak představit systém zákonem stanovených reakcí na výše uvedený jev a jeho efektivitu.
Abstract:
The diploma work Children´s Deliquency (Topical Legal and Psychologic Aspects) deals with children´s and juvenile´s delinquency. It is divided into two parts. The first one, theoretical one, illumines mechanism of genesis of children´s and juvenile´s delinquency, its forms and structure.
