The Early Neolithic Settlement of Moravany ( Michalovce District) and its Position in the Genesis of the Eastern Linear Pottery Culture
Abstract:
The settlement of Moravany is, together with other sites, part of the Eastern linear culture, which is considered to be the oldest neolithic culture in the Estern Slovakia. Precise study of the ceramic could help us to understand the inner developement of this cultural complex and bring more light to the neolithization process in the eastern part of the central Europe.
Abstract:
Sídlisko v Moravanoch, okr. Michalovce je spolu s niekoľkými ďalšími lokalitami súčasťou kultúry s východnou lineárnou keramikou, ktorú pokladáme za najstaršiu neolitickú kultúru na východnom Slovensku. Podrobné štúdium keramiky nám môže pomôcť pochopiť vnútorný vývoj tohto kultúrneho komplexu a vniesť viac svetla do procesu neolitizácie vo východnej časti strednej Európy.
