Reconstruction of the Building to Building with Low Energy Consumption

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je rekonstrukce objektu na objekt s nízkou spotřebou energie. Na toto téma jsem si vybral rodinný domek na venkově. Již vizuálně bylo jasné, že tento objekt nevyhovuje nynějším tepelně technickým požadavkům a je potřeba jej celkově zmodernizovat. Vybral jsem si ho, z důvodu, že se mi zalíbila myšlenka domu na venkově. Udělat z tohoto objektu moderní, hezké a ekonomicky nenáročné bydlení a to vše v takovém duchu, aby objekt skvěle zapadl do okolí. Ponechat design a dojem venkovského domu. Tento rodinný domek byl postaven na začátku 20. století, nachází se v Plzeňském kraji, okrese Klatovy na okraji města Nalžovské Hory. Kvůli stáří objektu, porušení konstrukcí a přání investora jsem zvolil celkovou rekonstrukci objektu. Navrhl jsem sanaci obvodového zdiva, dále nové podlahy, nové věnce, stropy, střecha a nakonec zateplení obvodového zdiva. Samozřejmě výměna výplní otvorů za nová s izolačním trojsklem. Díky všem těmto úpravám v objektu jsem dosáhl měrné potřeby tepla na vytápění budovy na hodnotu 42 kWh/(m2a).

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelor thesis is the reconstruction of the building on the object with low enerty consumption. The subject of the reconstruction is small family house in the countryside. Already from a visual point of view, it was clear that this object does not meet the current thermal-technical requirements and it needs to be an overall modernized. I chose this house, because I liked the idea of a house in the countryside. The aim is to make modern, nice and economically undemanding housing. The basic principles of the reconstruction are that the object must fit into the surroundings; keep the design and feel of a country house. This family house was built at the beginning of the 20th century located in the Pilsen region, the district of Klatovy on the edge of town Nalžovské Hory. I chose the overall reconstruction of the builging due to the age of the building, infringement of structures and wishes of the investor. I suggested to the remediation of the exteriér wall, the new floorings, the new reinforced concrete wreaths, the ceilings, the roof and the thermal insulation of externl masonry. Of course, i tis also assumed that windows will be replaced with new windows with triple glazing. The energy performance expressed by the specific heat demand fot rating is equal to 42 kWh/(m2a) due to all these modifications in the building.
