Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh na změnu v organizační struktuře vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce bude zhotovit model změny, jeho proces aplikace a následného zpětného vyhodnocení. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny poznatky o řízení, klasifikaci změn a Lewinově třífázovém modelu změn. V praktické části jsem provedl analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí a silového pole. The subject of the thesis is a proposal to change the organizational structure of the selected companies. The aim of the work will make model changes, the application process and subsequent re-evaluation.
