Requirements of a Bill of Exchange
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává problematiku náležitostí směnek a s ní související judikaturu. Navíc seznamuje s pojmy "forma", "podoba" a "druh" směnky, čeho se tyto pojmy týkají a jak se dělí. Obsahuje doporučení a zásady, kterými by se měli běžní uživatelé směnek řídit.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on requisites of bills of exchange and associated practises of the courts. Moreover this thesis introduces terms such as "form", "shape" and "type" of bills of exchange, how it is used and categorized. It also includes recommendations and rules, that users of bills of exchange should follow.
