Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce Rehabilitace po amputaci na dolní končetině byla napsána za účelem shrnutí teoretických základů, související terapie a klinické praxe s pacientem po amputaci. Všechny uvedené bibliografické zdroje byly citovány z webových stránek PubMed, The Lancet, Nature a souvisejících webů. Teoretická část je věno-vána problematice amputace na dolní končetině. Speciální část je zaměřena na možnosti rehabilitace amputovaných pacientů. Třetí část obsahuje vypracovanou kazuistiku u pacienta po amputaci, včetně vyšetření, návrhu krátkodobého rehabili-tačního plánu, jednotlivých cvičební sezení, zhodnocení pokroku a doporučení následné péče.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis Rehabilitation after lower limb amputation was written to summarize the theoretical backgrounds, related therapy, and clinical practice with the patient after amputation. All listed bibliographic sources were cited from Pub-Med, The Lancet, Nature, and related websites. The theoretical part was devoted to the issue of amputation of the lower limb. The special part focused on the possibilities of rehabilitation of amputated patients. The third part contained a case report of the patient after amputation, including examination, the scheme of a short-term rehabilitation plan, individual exercise sessions, evaluation of the progress after rehabilitation, and recommendation of aftercare.
