Implementation of digitizing tax document flow

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá implementací workflow. Workflow je řízení toku a zpracování informací mezi jednotlivými rolemi zúčastněnými v procesu. Workflow Management Coalition je celosvětovou organizací sdružující výrobce, dodavatele a uživatele workflow. Existují čtyři typy workflow systémů: administrační, ad hoc, kolaborativní a produkční. Elektronický oběh faktur nahrazuje oběh dokumentů ve fyzické podobě. Ve chvíli, kdy je dokument naskenován, probíhá jeho zpracování a schvalování ve workflow, aplikaci, která je vyvinuta pro tento účel. Aplikace umožňuje schválit fakturu přes aplikační rozhraní, tím je eliminován fyzický oběh dokumentů. Workflow umožňuje vidět naskenovaný dokument v aplikaci, vytisknout si ho či uložit. K dokumentu je možné přiložit přílohu. Mapovat schvalovací proces a historii dokumentu. Lze dohledat fakturu, fázi procesu a osoby, u kterých se nachází. Závěrečná část se věnuje dalším možnostem rozšíření systému.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with an implementation of workflow. Workflow may be described as a flow management and information processing between different roles involved in the process. Workflow Management Coalition is a worldwide organization gathering producers, suppliers and workflow users. There exist four types of workflow systems: administrative, ad hoc, collaborative and the production system. Electronic invoice flow replaces the flow of documents in their physical form. After the document is scanned it is further processed and approved in workflow application which is designed for this purpose. The application enables approving the invoice through application interface so the physical document flow is avoided. Workflow enables its users to see the scanned document in the application, to print it or to save it. It is also possible to add an attachment to a document, to follow the approving process and the history of a document. It can be also used for looking up an invoice or identifying a person and a phase the invoice appears in. The final chapter is devoted to further possibilities for system development.
