Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor‘s thesis is to create a business plan for founding a school offering cooking courses. In the theoretical part are defined basic concepts related to business and the importance of small and medium enterprises to the economy is discussed. The vast space is devoted to analyzing the structure of a business plan with all its necessities. In the practical part, the proposed structure is used in the planning of a specific business plan for setting up a cooking school with Slovak cuisine and other courses. Attention is given to the analysis of the microenvironment of the enterprise, marketing mix and financial plan. The fulfillment of the objectives of the thesis is evaluated in the conclusion.

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vytvorenie podnikateľského plánu na založenie školy varenia. V teoretickej časti definuje základné pojmy spojené s podnikaním a pojednáva o význame malých a stredných podnikov pre hospodárstvo. Prevažný priestor je venovaný analýze štruktúry podnikateľského plánu so všetkými jej náležitosťami. V praktickej časti bude navrhnutá štruktúra využitá pri plánovaní konkrétneho podnikateľského plánu pre zakladaný podnik školy varenia so slovenskou kuchyňou a inými kurzami. Pozornosť bude venovaná najmä analýze mikrookolia podniku, marketingovému mixu a finančnému plánu podniku. V závere práce je zhodnotené naplnenie jej cieľov.
