Abstract:
Cílem práce je zmapovat způsoby a možnosti komunikace úředníků ve státní správě, shrnout zásady a pravidla, které způsob komunikace upravují a zhodnotit, zda jsou v praxi dodržována. Dále pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit, zda mají úřady interní předpisy určující pravidla vnitřní komunikace a komunikace s veřejností a jakým způsobem vedou své zaměstnance k dodržování profesionální komunikace.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to chart the methods and options of communication of civil servants in the state administration, to summarize the principles and rules that regulate the method of communication and to evaluate whether they are observed in practice.
