Why do states build nuclear weapons? Scott Sagan provides three models as an answer to this question - security, domestic politics and norms model. Čo vedie štáty k rozhodnutiu vyrobiť vlastnú jadrovú zbraň? Scott Sagan ponúka ako odpoveď na túto otázku tri modely - bezpečnostný, model záujmu domácich politických aktérov a normatívny model, inkorporujúci koncepty nukleárnej symboliky a štátnej identity.
