Rural tourism

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the rural tourism and describes its history and the present. The thesis is divided into two basic parts; the theoretical and the practical. In the theoretical part we define basic terms which are closely connected to rural tourism and we description its organization, supporting programs and the main actors in the development of rural tourism. The practical part we concentrates on rural tourism in the Spanish Autonomous Community of Andalusia particular we focus on tourism in the province of Málaga and its three sub-areas: Ojen, Mijas and Antequera where we focus attention on the most interesting places, festivals and local cuisine. Then we analyze rural tourism in Andalusia based on data from professional publications and we evaluate the prospects for future development.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na venkovskou turistiku a studuje její historii a současnost. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části: teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabýváme vymezením několika základních pojmů týkajících se venkovské turistiky a následně charakterizujeme její organizace, programy podpory a hlavní aktéry rozvoje cestovního ruchu na venkově. V praktické části se soustřeďujeme na venkovskou turistiku ve španělské autonomní oblasti Andalusie, zejména se zaměříme na cestovní ruch v provincii Málaga a na její tři podoblasti: Ojén, Mijas a Antequeru kde soustřeďujeme pozornost na nejzajímavější místa, svátky a místní gastronomii. Poté provedeme analýzu venkovské turistiky v Andalusii na základě dat z odborných publikací a zhodnotíme perspektivy dalšího vývoje.
