Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním trestní odpovědností zdravotnických pracovníků. V diplomové práci jsem rozčlenila zdravotnické pracovníky na lékaře a nelékařské profese a s nimi související kompetence a odpovědnost. My diploma thesis deals with the examination of the criminal lability of health care workers. In my diploma thesis I dividend medici workers into doctors and non-medical professions and related competencies and responsibilities.
