Abstract:

Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá faktory ovlivňujícími rozvoj elektromobility v Evropské unii a České republice, se zvláštním důrazem na legislativní opatření, technologické inovace a změny ve spotřebitelských preferencích. Hlavní pozornost je věnována vodohospodářskému sektoru v ČR, kde práce analyzuje možnosti využití elektromobilů a navrhuje postupy pro obnovu vozového parku, zároveň hodnotí ekonomické aspekty provozu elektromobilů v pilotním podniku pro posouzení finanční výhodnosti jejich adopce. Práce využívá kombinaci kvantitativních a kvalitativních metodologických přístupů, včetně analýzy statistik registrací elektrických vozidel, revize legislativních dokumentů a studia případů, které poskytují hlubší pohled na státní politiky a finanční pobídky. Zjištění poukazují na to, že zpřísnění emisních norem a rozšíření nabídky modelů elektrických vozidel mají pozitivní dopad na zvyšování počtu registrací. Nicméně rozdíly v daňových politikách a podpůrných programech mezi jednotlivými státy EU mohou významně ovlivnit rychlost přijetí elektromobilů. Práce zdůrazňuje potřebu koordinovanějšího přístupu a harmonizace podpůrných opatření na úrovni EU. Závěrem práce jsou identifikovány výzkumné mezery, jako je omezený přístup k datům o spotřebitelských preferencích a nákladech na vlastnictví elektromobilů, což nabízí směry pro budoucí výzkum. Celkově práce poskytuje komplexní pohled na elektromobilitu, zdůrazňuje význam politických a ekonomických faktorů a navrhuje oblasti pro další výzkum, které mohou přispět k efektivnějšímu a udržitelnějšímu rozvoji elektromobility.

Abstract:

Abstract This thesis examines the factors influencing the development of electromobility in the European Union and the Czech Republic, with particular emphasis on legislative measures, technological innovations and changes in consumer preferences. The main focus is on the water sector in the Czech Republic, where the thesis analyses the possibilities of the use of electric vehicles and proposes procedures for the renewal of the vehicle fleet, while evaluating the economic aspects of the operation of electric vehicles in a pilot plant to assess the financial profitability of their adoption. The thesis uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodological approaches, including analysis of electric vehicle registration statistics, review of legislative documents and case studies to provide deeper insights into government policies and financial incentives. The findings suggest that tightening emission standards and expanding the range of electric vehicle models have a positive impact on increasing registrations. However, differences in tax policies and support programmes between EU countries can significantly affect the rate of EV adoption. The paper highlights the need for a more coordinated approach and harmonisation of support measures at EU level. The paper concludes by identifying research gaps such as limited access to data on consumer preferences and costs of EV ownership, offering directions for future research. Overall, the thesis provides a comprehensive view of electromobility, highlights the importance of political and economic factors, and suggests areas for further research that can contribute to more effective and sustainable electromobility development.
