V bakalárskej práci analyzujem pojem spoločensky zodpovedné podnikanie z pohľadu historického aj súčasného. Rozoberám jednotlivé princípy a zobrazujem súčasný stav na Slovensku a v Spojených štátoch amerických. Cieľom prvej kapitoly je z teoretického pohľadu vysvetliť a charakterizovať spoločensky zodpovedné podnikanie, funkciu banky a základné aktivity banky.
